JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an application for restoration of Special Civil Application No.5915 of 1999 to its original status on file.
I have heard Mrs.Nildhara I.Desai, learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the application. For the reasons stated in paragraphs-2 to 4 of the application, the prayers made therein deserve to be granted. Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that Special Civil Application No.5915 of 1999 be restored to its original position on file.
The application stands disposed of.
