This Court has gone through the order dated 03.11.2011 passed by the I.G. (Prison). It is admitted fact that when applicant convict prisoner was released in the year 2006, he did not surrender in time and later on he was arrested by the police and thereby surrendered late by 1443 days. First authority imposed punishment of forfeiting four furlough leave. Appellant authority i.e. Inspector General (Prison) partly allowed the appeal and reduced the punishment of forfeiting four furlough leave to three furlough leave. Hence, no interference is required in the order dated 03.11.2011 passed by the I.G.(Prison). Hence, the application is rejected.
