Ms.Sheeja Nair, learned advocate for Mr.G.M.Amin, learned advocate for the petitioner, states that the earlier draft amendment dated 19-07-2011 may be permitted to be withdrawn and the petitioner may be permitted to move a fresh draft amendment. Permission to withdraw the drat amendment dated 19-07-2011 is granted and the learned advocate for the petitioner is permitted to remove the papers of the said draft amendment.

At the request of Ms.Sheeja Nair, learned advocate, list the matter on 02-02-2012. The status quo order, granted earlier, shall continue till then.
