In view of the office note dated 9.9.2010 which was placed before this Court on 16.9.2010, the order dated 16.9.2010 was passed. Thereafter, it appears that the process of Rule has been served to the concerned respondents. However, though served the respondents have not entered appearance. By order dated 15.4.2005 the petition has been admitted and interim relief granted earlier is directed to be continued until final disposal of the petition. Since the petition pertains to the suit filed in 2003 and by the impugned order the interim relief has been granted, and having regard to the fact that now the respondents are served, the office is directed to place the petition for final hearing in the cause list of final hearing.
