Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the trial court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.55/2016 expeditiously. He submits that the suit is at the stage of recording of evidence. Having regard to the facts of the case, the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously and in any event within nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
