THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12435 of 2014 ORDER :
The petitioner had grievance regarding the treatment administered to his wife by three medical officers. Aggrieved by the improper treatment given to his wife, petitioner has filed a complaint dated 13.10.2010 before the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council, Hyderabad. Alleging that the complaint filed by the petitioner on 13.10.2010 is not disposed of till date, this writ petition is instituted.
2. Sri Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Medical Council, on instructions, submits that due to some internal difficulties, complaint could not be taken up and the complaint could be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within eight weeks.
3. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-medical council to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner and disposed of by assigning reasons and communicate the said decision to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
