This Criminal Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court and move for regular bail.
The said submission is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
If the petitioner surrenders himself before the trial Court and moves application for regular bail, the trial Court shall consider the said application filed by the petitioner and expedite the same.
