1. Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This third bail application has been moved by the accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No.374 of 2010, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and ¾ D.P. Act, Police Station-Soraon, District-Allahabad.
3. The applicant is husband. As per FIR version, informant's two sisters Sushila and Bhawna both were married to Pooran and Aved sons of Kaptan Singh. For non satisfaction of dowry demand of motorcycle on 9.7.2015, Bhawna was burnt by pouring Kerosene oil and she was admitted in the hospital. The statement of Bhawna is on record verifying that the applicant has got her burnt. Lateron, due to burn injuries Bhawna died. In post mortem report, doctor has opined cause of death, antimortem burn injuries.
4. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, at this stage, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
5. Application is accordingly rejected.
