Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arpit Dube, counsel for the first informant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicant- Pooran Singh seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 312 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Sirsaganj, District- Firozabad.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicant is ready to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicant appears/surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail in the aforesaid case, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above directions, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
