Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner was working on the post of Farm Superintendent. By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the adverse entries of the year, 2016-17 & 2017-18 issued by Deputy Director of Agriculture Research Mathura by means of the letter dated 22.6.2018 & rejection of the representation vide order dated 29.12.2018 by Joint Director of Agriculture Agra Mandal Agra as (Annexure No. 2 & 6) to this writ petition."
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner came to be retired compulsorily on 23 July 2018. The order retiring the petitioner is under challenge in an another writ petition.
In my opinion, the issue raised in the instant writ petition can be gone into in the pending writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the pending writ petition to its logical conclusion on merit.
