JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter came up on 07.12.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Learned counsel for the respondents was present. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 15.12.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 12.01.2017 and on 19.01.2017. The matter matter came up for dismissal today. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.
