Poonamben vs State

Heard learned advocate Mr. Vaishya for the applicants, learned advocate Mr. Param Buch for the respondent No.2 and learned APP Mr. H.L. Jani for the State. Today, the applicants are present before this Court.

During the hearing, learned advocate Mr. Buch submitted that now, he has no instruction from respondent No.2 - husband. He further submitted that he will make statement regarding deposition of amount towards maintenance after taking instruction from the respondent No.2. He prays for time. S.O. to 2.5.2012.
