The petition is liable to be dismissed only on the ground of availability of appropriate alternative remedy. Learned counsel, however, sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to making appropriate representation before the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, if the petitioner were so advised. Permission being granted, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
