Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.2 to 4.
Against the grant of LPG distributorship, the petitioner had made a complaint and by means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed that the complaint be decided.
Mrs. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the said complaint has already been decided and rejected by order dated 22.10.2018.
That being the case, the prayer sought for in this writ petition for decision to be taken on the complaint and that having already been decided, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
