1. The grievance of petitioner is that Case No. T- 202102030404491-2918121 (Poonam vs. Gaon Sabha), under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 is pending before Respondent-2, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handiya, District Prayagraj and the same has not been decided so far.
2. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case aforesaid case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide aforesaid case and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties within a period of six months from today, if there is no other legal impediment.
