We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings of writ petition.
Controversy relates to the subsequent allotment of fair price shop on account of the cancellation or suspension of the original allottee.
Controversy seems to be squarely covered by a Division Bench Judgment of this Court in writ petition No.7649 (MB) of 2014 (Vinod Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others) decided on 19.08.2014.
Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to represent his cause before the competent authority, who shall consider and take a decision keeping in view the aforesaid judgment expeditiously say within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of.
