Poonam, petitioner-1, appears before the Court and claims that she is major. In support of her age, she has filed her high school mark sheet, showing her date of birth as 1.8.2000. She states that she has voluntarily married to Vinay Yadav, petitioner-2.
In view of the statement of Poonam, petitioner-1, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 6.1.2019 (registered as Case Crime No. 3 of 2019), u/s 366 I.P.C., P.S. Chakar Nagar, district Etawah, till the submission of police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. but they shall co- operate with the investigation of the case.
