Since there is some defects in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars and details and after making appropriate prayers.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
