Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vimal Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no.2 and 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No 0121 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 354, 376, 511, 307 and 406 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, police station Pallavpuram, District Meerut.
Since, the said prayer is innocuous one which demands fair investigation in the presence case hence, we direct that the respondent no.2 and 3 shall conduct a fair investigation in the present matter as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
