Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
“(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated First Information Report dated 02.06.2017, registered as Case Crime no.0129 of 2017, Under Sections 506, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Khanpur,District Bulandshahr. (Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition).”
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing no.20 of 2017 dated 24.6.2017, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
