Heard Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the State- Respondents.
The present petition has been preferred by the petitioners for a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the respondent no. 4 and also for a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to provide the security to the petitioners.
The aforesaid prayer has not been objected by learned counsel for the respondents.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with the consent, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioners move an appropriate application before Superintendent of Police, Mathura- respondent no. 2, ventilating their grievances within two weeks from today, the same would be considered by him expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along-with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
