Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner claims that her B.Ed mark-sheet and certificate of the year 2005-2006 has been sent by the District Basic Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar to the Controller of Examination, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur for verification along with letter dated 23rd December, 2017. Her contention is that till date the University has not returned the mark-sheet and certificate after due verification. As a result of which, she is deprived from salary of the post of Assistant Teacher whereon she is working.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.2, Sri B. D. Pandey, states that examinations are going in the University and at least four months time may be granted for verification of the mark-sheet and certificate of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that till this process is not completed she will not be able to get any salary.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 / Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur to complete the verification of mark-sheet and certificate of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. Since the University is represented through its Counsel, therefore, the time of compliance starts from today. University shall communicate the report of verification to the District Basic Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar directly within the time granted by this court above.
