The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned oder dated 05.09.2008, passed by respondent no. 3, Deputy District Magistrate, Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi, whereby the domicile certificated issued to the petitioner has been rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel has stated that after cancelling the impugned order domicile certificate has already been issued to the petitioner on 06.01.2015, copy of which has been produced before this Court, photocopy of which is directed to be taken on record.
In view of the above, since the grievance of the petitioner has already been resolved, hence, no cause of action survives in the present matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Learned Standing counsel is directed to provide the photocopy of the domicile certification dated 06.01.2015 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
