Petitioner seeks a direction to the U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad to consider her transfer from Bahraich to Ghaziabad on the post of Assistant Teacher in any of the primary institution run by the Board. Reliance is placed upon a decision of this Court delivered in Writ Petition No.2868 of 2018 (Bibha Singh Kushwaha and others vs. State of U.P. and others), on 6.2.2018.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that claim of petitioner shall be considered in light of the observation made in Bibha Singh Kushwaha (supra).
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 6.2.2018, passed in Bibha Singh Kushwaha (supra).
