By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the A.C.J.M.-I, Gorakhpur to decide the Complaint Case No. 443 of 2011 (Poonam Vs. Sunil & others) under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. & Section 4 D.P. Act, P.S. Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur, within a stipulated time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the A.C.J.M.-I, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
