Poonam Devi (petitioner-1) has been produced from Nari Niketan, Bareily by Sanjay Kumar (P.No.972800312), Woman constable 1269 and Woman Constable Ajita Devi 182531381 of P.S. Nuriya, district Pilibhit. According to her medical examination report dated 7.2.2019, her age is between 18 and 19 years. According to Aadhar Card the date of birth of the petitioenr-1 is 1.1.2001. She states that she has voluntarily married to Bhanu Pratap(petitioner-2) and wants to go with him, who is present in the Court.
In view of the statement of Poonam Devi (petitioner-1) this habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. Poonam Devi (petitioner-1) is set at liberty forthwith and is permitted to go with Bhanu Pratap (petitioner-2).
