This transfer application has been filed for transferring the Matrimonial Petition No. 608 of 2017 (Charan Singh Vs. Smt. Poonam) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh to District Agra.
The reason for transfer has been stated in paragraph nos. 16 and 17 of the affidavit in which it is stated that she has no source of income and is fully dependent on her parents and she is residing at her parents' house at Agra and her parents are old and not capable of pursuing the case at Aligarh.
The office report of 27.8.2019 is that the vakalatnama was filed by a learned counsel on behalf of the opposite party but nobody has appeared nor any counter affidavit has been filed.
This transfer application is, accordingly, allowed and the aforesaid Matrimonial Petition No. 608 of 2017 (Charan Singh Vs. Smt. Poonam) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh is transferred to District Agra.
