The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the gratuity amount of her husband is not being paid by the District Inspector of Schools, District Deoria.
The petitioner may file a representation before the District Inspector of Schools, District Deoria who shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is served before him after giving an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
