Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. 51 of 2018, Smt. Poonam v. Anil, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Phugana, District Muzaffarnagar pending in the court of Family Court, Muzaffarnagar.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Family Court, Muzaffarnagar.
In view of the above, the Family Court, Muzaffarnagar is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving full opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties and also to lead evidence both oral and documentary.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
