The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for quashment of impugned tender publication dated 29.06.2019 issued by respondent No.1.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the last date of submission of tender is over and no bidder has participated. The aforesaid submissions is placed on record.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
