ORDER After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners files memo seeking to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court for production of certified copy of the Will.
2. Memo is taken on record.
3. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. It is made clear that, if such an application is filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs before the Trial Court, it is open for the defendants to oppose the same with regard to maintainability of the application and the Trial Court shall consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law.
