Pooja vs State

Mr.Amrish Pandya, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, states that the respondent No.2 will deposit the entire amount, i.e. Rs.30,000/-, before the concerned Court within 15 days.

Hence, in view of statement made by Mr.Pandya, learned counsel for respondent No.2, the matter is adjourned to 14th March, 2012. The respondent No.2 is directed to produce Receipt showing deposit made by him.
