Learned counsel for the applicants submits that charge-sheet against applicants Smt. Pooja and Smt. Jeeta were filed under sections 16/17 POCSO Act only and offence under section 302, 377, 201 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act were not made out. Hence this bail application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file before appropriate Court in proper sections.
Sri D.N. Tiwari, learned AGA opposed but could not dispute the aforesaid averment of learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of above submission, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file before appropriate Court in proper sections.
