Vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit filed by Sri Ajay Krishna, Advocate on behalf of respondent no. 6 today in the Court is taken on record.
The present Habeas Corpus writ petition has been filed by petitioner no.2-Bishwajeet Sharma for seeking protection of his wife-Smt. Pooja(petitioner no.1).
Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 11.10.2018, the corpus-Smt. Pooja is present in the Court. The Court has afforded an opportunity to enquire from her and she told that her name is Pooja, her date of birth is 15.03.1996. She has stated that she know petitioner no.2-Bishwajeet Sharma. After confronting the marriage certificate, dated 06.09.2018 which is annexed as Annexure-1, she has candidly stated that she was pressurized by petitioner no.2 for marriage. She does not want to get married with petitioner no.2 and she is residing with respondent no. 6 according to her own will. She is not illegally detained by respondent no. 6.
Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere in this matter.
The present petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
