Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State.
At the very outset, Sri P. K. Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State states that the F.I.R. has been lodged in the instant case as Case Crime No.300 of 2017, under Section 366 IPC, P.S. Babri, District Muzaffar Nagar.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners Sri Atul Kumar submits that the petition has become infructuous and seeks liberty to take appropriate legal remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
