It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate that respondent No.1 - Sarpanch, Bopal Gram Panchayat, has, without notice to the petitioner, sealed the sewerage pipe that is servicing the Bungalow of the petitioner, with the result that the sewage is flowing into the house of the petitioner, making it impossible for her to live there with her three month old baby.
Considering the nature of the petition, issue Notice for final disposal returnable on 24.02.2012.
