1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in the married life of the petitioners.
2. It has been pleaded that the petitioners got married. The marriage, however, has not been accepted by respondent no.3. Under the circumstances, respondent no.3 has been harassing the petitioners through police.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents State has given a statement to the effect that unless criminal proceedings are initiated in context of marriage of the petitioners, the petitioners shall not be approached by the police.
4. Considering the statement given on behalf of the State, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that let this petition be disposed of.
5. Disposed of.
