Heard Sri Santosh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
It is stated by the learned counsel for petitioner that the respondent no.3 may be directed to decide his pending application dated 21.03.2021 within some stipulated period, to which learned counsel for respondents have no objection.
In view of above, we dispose of this writ petition with direction to the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 21.03.2021, expeditiously, preferably, on or before 31.10.2021.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
