By the present petition, petitioners pray for expedite the Trial of Criminal Case No. 1543 of 2015 (Case Crime No. 0426 of 2014) under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act P.s. Kotwali district Etawah pending before C.J.M. Etawah.
This court on administrative side has already issued directions to the court below to obtain zero pendency of cases which are more than five years old. In view of directions already issued on administrative side, the trial court is expected to decide the present case which is pending since the year 2001 expeditiously without any further delay looking in the facts and circumstances of the case it is provided that the case may be disposed of within a period of one year, if possible.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
