Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent's authorities to decide the case no. 549 T1817140100936 (Pooja Devi Vs. Shivpata) pending in the court of Nayab Tehsildar Region Gaur, Tehsil Harriya, District Bastii since January 2018 expeditiously preferably within stipulated period."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2018. It is pending at the stage of evidence of the parties.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
