Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition reads thus:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 01.07.2017 in Case Crime no. 292 of 2017 under Section 363, 366 I.P.C., P.S. Mangalpur, District Kanpur Dehat (Contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)."
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing no. 06 of 2018 dated 09.01.2018, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
