Madras High Court|12 September, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would withdraw this Criminal Revision case itself and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. However, he also seeks liberty for approaching the appropriate forum in the manner known to law against the charge sheet filed against the petitioner.
2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also, the endorsement he has made in the Court bundle, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved over the charge sheet filed against the petitioner. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
