JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's son was working as an employee of respondent Nos.1 and 2. In pursuant to the death of the petitioner's son, who was working under respondent Nos.1 and 2, an award was passed in W.C.No.475 of 2005 dated 05.11.2009. Thereafter, the third respondent wrote a letter to the respondent No.4 on 24.11.2015 to give effect to the same. It was also followed by the representation dated 18.04.2016. The respondent No.4 also send a reminder to respondent No.5 on 18.08.2016. Despite the same, no progress has been made and hence, the present writ petition.
2. From the records it is seen that respondent Nos.1 and 2 could not be served.
3. In as much as, the award stands against the respondent No.1, there is no necessity to serve notice on him.
4. In such view of the matter, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are hereby directed to take appropriate steps to see to it that the revenue recovery proceedings are initiated and concluded to enable the petitioner to get the benefit of the award passed.
5.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. It is made clear that for concluding the above said proceedings, the petitioner shall furnish the correct address to the respondent No.5 of the respondent No.1, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
