In pursuant to the award passed in W.C.No.567 of 2009 dated 30.04.2015, the first respondent, in and by the proceedings dated 01.02.2016, has addressed a letter to the second respondent to give effect to the same by initiating proceedings for recovery from Respondents 3 and 4. Despite the same, no action is being taken though the petitioner made a representation on 27.06.2016 the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Despite notice having been served on respondents 3 and 4, none appears.

Taking into consideration of the finality of the award passed on 30.04.2015 and in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 01.02.2016, a direction is issued to the third respondent to initiate revenue recovery proceedings and conclude it within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so as to enable the petitioners to get the benefit of the award passed by the first respondent.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
