Judgment:
This Appeal is filed against judgment and decree, dated 09-04-2012, in OS.No.232 of 2010, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur.
Mr.G.Rama Sarma, learned Counsel for the appellant, has circulated, letter dated 22-09-2014, to the Registry wherein it is stated that the dispute between the parties has been settled in Lok Adalat, Proddatur, Kadapa District, and permission was sought for, for withdrawal of the Appeal.
At the hearing, Mr.Qazi M.A.Hussain, learned Counsel representing Mr.G.Rama Sarma, learned Counsel for the appellant, has reiterated the said request.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
