Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.138 of 2016 in I.A.No.186 of 2012 in O.S.No.332 of 2008 dated 20.04.2016 on the file of the Court of Additional District Munsif, Chidambaram.
For Petitioner : Mr.A.Muthukumar For Respondent : Prof.S.Krishnaswamy O R D E R The respondent herein / petitioner has filed an application in I.A.No.138 of 2016 to receive the documents under Order VII Rule 14 CPC.
2. According to the respondent, he has filed the aforesaid application by stating that the documents Exs.A1 and A2 were referred to the private Hand writing expert opinion by the respondent and obtained the report from the private hand writing expert. The respondent has filed the present instant application to receive the said documents. The aforesaid application was allowed by the court below without objection by the revision petitioner. Therefore, the respondent has filed the revision petition before this Court.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision petitioner has also filed C.R.P.(PD) No.2760 of 2016 before this Court challenging the order passed in the application in I.A.No.186 of 2012 for the very same prayer but the said document shall be referred to the Government Hand Writing Expert opinion. The application in I.A.No.186 of 2012 has been set aside by this Court and the C.R.P.(PD) No.2760 of 2016 has been allowed.
4. In the light of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(PD).No.2760 of 2016, no further adjudication is required in the present revision petition and therefore, this revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
