THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.19306 of 2009 Between:
Ponduru Tirumala Rao PETITIONER AND 1. Government of A.P., rep. by its Commissioner Panchayat Raj Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad-4, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri C.M.R. Velu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
