JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.15768 of 2009 Between:
Pondur Mandal Mahila Mutually Aided Cooperative Federation Ltd., Pondur, rep. by its President, K. Ranjitha PETITIONER AND 1. The Project Director, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), & Indira kranthipadam (IKP), Srikakulam, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri B.M. Patro, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
