JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to establish TASMAC shop in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.
2.It is represented on the side of the respondents 1 to 3 that the proposal to establish TASMAC shop in the place mentioned in the petition, has already been dropped.
3.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondents 1 to 3, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.
4.In fine, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
