Rule 11(b) and 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules 1959 praying to a) To appoint an Auditor to audit the accounts of the Official liquidator for the half year ending 30.9.2018 and fix his remuneration: and etc., b) Dispensing with the requirement of Section 462 (5) of the Companies Act, 1956; and etc.
This Company Application coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER The Audit Report is accepted. The fee of the Auditor shall be as fixed by this Court in C.A.No.132/2018 dated 30.01.2019.
2. The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the fee, at the appropriate rate in accordance with the range fixed minimum at Rs.500/- and the maximum at Rs.8,000/-. The Auditor shall be paid accordingly.
3. The requirement as contemplated under Section 462(5) of the Companies Act, 1956 is dispensed with.
4. The application is accordingly disposed of.
